Why do Drakthyr count as a boosted toon

So here I am trying to gear up my Drakthyr and went to run some M+ with my friends … go to Iron docks and apparently I cannot go in because I am a recently boosted toon… No I am not boosted I am a Dracthyr I just created this toon, they start at level 58 and I dont appreciate being held back as M+ is the main content I play, being told I cannot do the thing I enjoy doing most is utter nonscence, I dont have copius amounts of gold to get carried through raids or an active guild so I rely on M+ … seriously kinda pissed that I end up having to wait for some unknown amount of time before I can even play my character in the content I want to play my character in.

The “why?” part of this is better served tweeting @WarcraftDevs. They make the decisions, such as this one.

No, Dracthyr are not boosted, but it is intended.

legacy dungeons yea but M+ season 4 is current and its utterly rediculous that I can run Tazavesh M+ but not any other ones … so I can run two of the 8 available dungeons for the first 24 hours according to this post GG blizzard on allowing players to jump into “current” content
