I prefer dynamic flying (dragon riding), however I admit some people have honestly accessibility issues. I dont think it should be locked behind pathfinder achiev at all. Just give it to players. Putting it behind an achievement only hurts those who need it most. Everyone else will just continue to use DragonRiding.

Theyāre already doing that with the ride along feature.

Basically, control.
Having the ability to stop mid-air so you can and look around, check your map when youāre looking for something/someplace specific or make a horizontal ascent/descent when next to a wall or mountain.
Also, itās going to make getting those Dragon Expedition flag a damned sight easier too!

Yes but ride along only carries 1 person - you can run druid flight form and have as many as you want and simply /follow a lead toon and the rest will follow without having to try and control multiple drasgonriding toons.
Dragon Riding sucks. They nerfed it tremendously from what it used to be in the beta and the alpha. All cuz Bliz said people would use it to get to nodes too fast and farm themā¦so just make it to where you cant farm nodes while Dragon Riding or give it a CD for farming while you do it.

Where is the mount reward for this?
I get Sl had no mount tied to unlockling flying becuse it was part of the storyline not an Achievment, but this is Achievment with a litttle bit of grind to it, having all reps on 15 renown is same to pre squish revered
Im not asking for anythibg glorious but can be smth decent, or it can be new dragonriding mount, or even new skin for existing ones.
Itās because this is another backhanded attempt at killing regular flying, by making it as unrewarding as possible they hope no one will do it and they can justify killing off regular flying for good, since they couldnāt in WoD.

This is certainly not true, they profit enormously off of the sale of non DR mounts. It does make you wonder why theyāre trying so hard to make sure you never see them.

In the time that people have stressed over it, they could already be done reaching the renown level.
This is what we have to do to reg fly in the isles.

Iād rather not have to manually dismount (or risk taking off and blowing my remaining vigor) when Iām trying to counterattack a mob that just aggroed. Iād rather not overshoot when Iām trying to gather. And while itās nice to be going that fast: itās really not necessary, and doesnāt make up for my wilderling and my bird-dog being grounded.
Anyway: it should work like it did in TBC (except maybe without the need to pay in-game currency to unlock it). If youāre level-capped, TBC flight should unlock for you.

The main reason for me would be node gathering. Even using every trick in the book you end up on the ground recharging from the constant take off, get speed, see herb, land.
