Why da zandalari are part of the horde?

alliance literally killed their king and plundered their pyramid because they were being friends with the horde

so what da horde do after that? peace, we have no enemies guys, yall are now friends holding hands and riding cute dragons together.

why a single zandalari troll would accept that? even if their queen aceppted…they clearly were good before the horde…

voljin the terrorist set back relations years after he attacked them in cata

I don’t think they are actually a “part” of the Horde.

They are allies

They would have been lunch for G’hun without the Horde…

They shouldn’t. The Horde betrayed them and forced them into peace with the murderers of their king.

Unlike the Amani, the Zandalari know that it’s pointless to throw bodies at a vastly superior military force.

No the Horde are just bad at being allies when simping for Jaina and Anduin is more important to the current leaders.

BfA explained it pretty well since the main Horde storyline was about them joining. And they officially joined, theyre not judt allied to the Horde.

The Alliance didn’t intend to kill Rastakhan, Rastakhan was open to working with the Horde but not with joining it, while his daughter Talanji was.
The raid on Dazar’alor was specifically to keep things the way that they already were, and so was a cataclysmic failure for the Alliance because with Rastakhan’s death, Talanji ascended the throne and then joined the Horde to take revenge against the Alliance.

Also they were not good before the Horde showed up they would have fallen to the blood trolls without Horde intervention.

I mean the average Zandalari isn’t going to see it that way. They’re just going to see, Alliance killed the King, Alliance bad. You wouldn’t really expect them to have any other reaction to that. This was more or less their inciting incident to join the Horde, before that they were kinda on the fence since Zandalari are massive racists with a very rigid caste system.

The Zandalari were neutered powerless for the rest of the war. They stopped mattering once Rastakhan was dead.

If it was strange for Zandalari trolls to accept, it’d be even stranger for Queen Talanji to accept, since the slain king was her father.

dude the war itself stopped mattering after Rastakhan’s death. Azshara sank what was left of both factions fleets and we spent the rest of the expac fighting fish and void creatures

Still the alliance reached their goal. The Zandalari were useless without a strong leader and their fleet.

The Alliance’s goal was to keep the Zandalari out of the Horde, which they failed miserably by killing the king

Their goal was to win the war which they did.

At this point can we even say which race with a faction flag that’s needed for players to be able to play the race is actually a real in-lore political member of the factions>? As an empire, it feels like Zandalar is so much more powerful geopolitically than half the horde’s member states (and a bunch of them put together) it’s not even funny.

Tauren and Trolls are small.
Zandalari and Suramar are many.

The Zandalari were genocides in the raid.
Talanji specifically mentions having all the gold to arm an army, but having no one to arm it with in one of the pre shadowlands books.
