Why can i only post here and realm forums?

I can only post threads and reply here and in the realm forums…

AFAIK i havent beened banned or notified… What gives?

Try logging completely out of the forums, clear your browser’s cache and history and then re-load it. Then try logging back into the forums.

I tried relogging, weird thing is, after doing that it showed no characters to post on, only my Bnet name with the generic wow symbol (no character portrait ) took 2 more relogs before it displayed my character.

On mobile atm, but ill try clearing cache and relogging on PC browser.

Just seems weird i can only post in customer service and realm forums :confused:

If it were only Customer Service, I’d wonder if your license was in a funded status, but that must be so if you can post in your realm forums and this license looks fine.

I suspect you are onto something with the cache/browser.

Logging out and clearing cache seems to have fixed it, strange problem.

Just a side note - I haven’t had game time on my account in a couple years. I am able to post on the Realm forums, in addition to Support and Classic Discussion. They don’t seem to have changed that when they fixed General Discussion and some others.

“So apparently you don't need an active account to post on realm fourms - #2 by anon83669306” 9 days ago I tested it when someone else mentioned that inactive accounts could post on Realm forums.
