Why do people dictate their happiness on the way other people/strangers decide to play the game?
Example: M+ players mad at delves? You still have M+ if you want to play it.

The casual player base in the forums is more gatekeeping of the term “casual” than any other aspect they complain about concerning gatekeeping.
A vocal group continues to do everything they can to paint themselves a victim, despite nearly everything in the game designed for them.

The players didn’t design the difficulty, Blizzard did. We’re just enjoying the content and we get topics where a lot of people want to make delves into ridiculously long 1 shot slogs.

That’s an over generalization.
Would you find it fair if I said every single delve enjoyer wants BIS mythic raid hand outs for trivial difficulty?
I am not sure I have heard a single person make the claim you are talking about.

There’s a certain Dwarf Monk that complains about M+ and its community because it impacts their Mythic Raiding so much that they have to try and make us as miserable as they are.

Honestly I think I see more complaints about how M+ ruined the mentality of people who play the game than I do M+ players complaining about basically anything not related to Mythic+.
These forums tend to have a hate on for M+ and blame it for everything from people going to fast to general toxicity.
But I rarely see M+ players complain about gear from delves because they’ve already geared way past what delves have to offer.
