Why are you updating the game for 2 hours at 10:00 am est to 12pm instead of like 3am to 5am when no one is online? To me it shows you care more about your lazy employees that wont work a night shift once every 2 weeks or whenever you update, than your customers. Don’t you realize if people want to play the game and they can’t, that their going to go look for another game to play?

Because the people who work at blizzard don’t want to come into the office at 3am? And normally most people work from 8 am to 5 pm so this time frame works well for most people.

You really think it’s a thing after 16 years of weekly maintenances in WoW? Are you new or something? most maintenances last 5min, the ones that last longer are because there’s a new patch/new content which is the case today, get used to it.
The maintenance time has been 10 am every Tuesday fir 17 years. Why do u complain about something that a company has had in place for 17 years?
Not being able to play a few hours on maintenance/patch day is not driving anyone away from the game…
In fact this has been happening for nearly 2 decades now and people are still here.
This can’t be a real complaint. OP seems to thing people should come in at 2am just so he can play a video game.
I might guess that there are more people playing at 2am than 10am on a Tuesday…
