I would actually sub to Blizzard for 5 years upfront if we got to the last boss in BFA, it’s an old god and out walks a duck.
The boss before that can be all the baby turtles we’ve saved and they all climb up on each other and make a super mecha turtle.

Why no Ducks?? Simple, Ducks are an extinct species as they are the natural primal enemy of Goblins. the Goblin race eliminated them from existence.
I love ducks. I used to raise them for eggs and feathers (they’re really good for fly fishing lures).
Breeding season was always fun, the ducks would sprint off their nests when I came to feed them, then they’d crap out about a quarter of their body weight in poo - while running. When they sit on the nest, they don’t defacate, so they basically save it up for one massive dump. It also changed normally placid, hand reared duckies to vicious psychos if you got too close to a sitting mother duck.
The drakes were pretty randy buggers too. They’d have a go at anything with a pulse during mating season. I’ve seen them try to mate with chickens, but our rooster soon put a stop to that.

The game designers obviously love giant spiders – even in Ellwyn Forest, al of the animals are normal size except giant spiders – and hate ducks.
There are giant spiders in dozens of zones, but no giant ducks anywhere. Personally I would love to have a duck mount – I might pay a million gold for that mount.
