it just creates an incentive that Blizzard will put more effort into making more transmog sets that will go onto the store , and not as much effort into the transmog sets you earn by playing the game.
note: I dont care if anybody owns it and dont understand why people are going out of the way to give toxicity to players that are wearing it I just dont think its good for the game in the long run
Yea, Iâve been pretty much ignored. I was really hoping too.
First of all⊠you rock
Second, you are right. My solution is to hope they do. For me that is. I hope they kick me. Itâll give me a laugh and I probably donât want to be running around with people like that anyways.
It is an option but not the solution. It creates moving goalposts on top of an already unstable gold value which is unfair to players on a subscription + paying for expansion.
Hence, itâs not worthwhile solution. Anyone who tells you that tokens are the solution does not consider this in the slightest.
1.) This is snarky, but many of them are upset because a streamer told them he wasâŠand they want to be like him.
2.) Many players dislike the cash shop because they are worried that WoW will become like the free-to-play games that use micro-transactions for everything. To get better gear, to get more power, or to advance in the game, you end up having to pay for things in a shop. Players are concerned that WoW is headed in that direction with these kinds of thingsâŠand WoW is a pay-to-play subscription based game. This, they feel, is a cash grab and unfair/unseemly.
3.) Many other players object to the cash shop additions because they believe that in a pay-to-play game like WoW, ALL content should be available in the game without ANY content being exclusive to a cash shop or reward system for subscriptions.
Those are the reasons.
I disagree with all of themâŠbut those are the reasons.
