Why are there so many trolls in the forms? Is this cause there isnt any consequences to just be mean to other people in the forms.

The normal people go on reddit.
The angry pushing 30 or mid 30 year olds that are angry at the game all of the time because the game doesn’t feel like it did when they were in college isn’t the same. They’re also filthy giga-casuals who have exactly 0 good opinions and love to vent

Yeah I just sometimes get pulled in to it and I start matching there trolling but I very rarly start with trolling its more of a def troll lol. Like I had one person who just a toxic player bragging cause the game was playing like he wants even though the game has having alot of issue and I got tired of him. But it is funny the way people talk to other people when there seem to not have any consequences to there actions.
The classic forums are 10x worse than the retail forums.

He’s not wrong. There’s something wrong with a lot of players here. At least the mods catch the turds pretty quick on their sub. Trolls like Bloom and Lemon and probably you woulda been banned a long time ago, the mods here just watch things spread like a wildfire.

The thing about trolls, is that they only have as much power as you give them. Someone upsetting you on the general forums is way less of a problem, than preddit’s echo chamber making people think X or Y is the popular opinion, and becoming upset when blizzard doesn’t act on that belief.
The harsh reality is that both preddit and here, are exclusively people crying about something, or garbage posts meant to bait people. Here, it’s people pretending that some outrageous thing happened to them, that RDF would have solved. Over there, it’s people making up total nonsense about a mean person that did mean things, or their totally unjustified ban.
People who are having fun with the game, are not wasting their time here or there. And “normal” people were disgusted enough by preddit’s handling of their hiring a former British politician, to have left the platform entirely.
This place is terrible lol.

Reddit is one of the most toxic places on the internet.
Its up there with 4chan.
There are only a couple trolls here I find amusing. The rest are disappointing and not clever nor amusing. They’re just mean spirited people.
