Yes you can have realism in a fantasy game, however, there is not need for it. It’s a fantasy for a reason and they made the game choice and I don’t see why anyone is bothered by it.
It looks ridiculous, I’m not sure there is much more to elaborate other than that? Is it a big priority, no, but it’s an opinion that many people have.
