You can try to reframe this all you want, but he’s not claiming to be a victim who hates the forums, he’s simply making a true statement about the jaded regulars.

He’s complaining about the state of the forums.

As a jaded regular, I’m actually really happy with Classic. There’s a few issues, but for the most part I’m enjoying it more than I even expected to. So far pretty much every issue I’ve had with Classic, a blue post talked about it and how it’d be resolved - like layering boss reset abuse or the Hunter FD issues.
