all my old retail charachter are gone on this account but i still have my newish ones makes me not want to play that was alot of time and money spent.
Are you logging into the right account WoW 1 etc?

also if you have not logged into the server they are on for awhile they will “fall” off the list. To get them back just logon to the server they are on.

There are rare times this also might not work so it may need a new throwaway character created for refresh.

Check the drop down menu right above the Play button on the Bnet Launcher to make sure you’re logged into the correct account.

If it is the correct account and if you remember the server you played on, you can create a new character on that server to try to refresh the list. Sometimes they fall off the screen if you’ve been inactive for a while, but they are still there.

It looks like the account you are posting from is a Starter Edition, and no other WoW licenses appear to be on that Battle.net account.
Do you recall using another email address? My guess is you have another Battle.net account somewhere. Do you have any character names/realms? We might be able to help hunt it down.
