Why am I being censored I just want help this is wild

Ok Look I am not trolling or anything… I seriously just need help… I am extremely sorry for multiple posts but I am legitimately stuck and no one will help except tell me I am mistaken…

I have the proof that other players have mass reported me and then i was instantly DC’d and banned… 3 times this has happened under my controlled test and you think I am trolling…

There is no option for me to open a ticket… I AM LITERALLY TOLD TO OPEN A FORUM POST FOR HELP and then you ban me and say I am wrong about the silence…

LOOK, PLEASE don’t ban me again I was told by Blizzard to come here for answers but you guys keep banning me over and over again because players and forum mods… please goodness wtf is happening here??

Yeah, This is not going to end well for you if you continue to make thread after thread.

Just a friendly warning i would stop while you’re ahead if i were you.

So? You are not seeing this link when you go to the support link at the top of the page?

You are not being banned on the forums just as much as you aren’t being banned from the game-- you wouldn’t be able to post here, otherwise.

You have been given plenty of good advice in your first thread that it seems you have completely ignored in favor of spewing diatribe that flouts the forum code of conduct, which is what your posts are being flagged for.

Find the link that was supplied in the first thread if you were actually silenced, and appeal it. Otherwise, you have only been squelched pending game master review. It will fall off in 24 hours, or a manual application of said silence will follow.

its literally not there for me in-game…

and so now im gonna be forum banned for asking for help… just so wild,

Because you are. Players can not apply a Silence. Only GMs can.

Yes there is and you were given the link repeatedly.

You were never told to post on the forums to appeal a Silence. Never. The forums are a means for suggestions, as is the in-game suggestion feature. They are not a means for appeals.

If you were banned you would not be posting.

this is literally 100% the bug and i have proof…

MVPs are other players. They can’t ban anyone.

This forum is NOT the bug report forum. Being reported and actioned is not a bug either.

The basic problem with your forum posts is that the terms squelch, silences, and ban are being used interchangeably and you are ignoring the definition of those terms in WoW that people have provided.

Plus, opening multiple threads on a topic that you currently have a thread open on is just confusing your arguments.

Not very professional of you. You might wanna cool your jets a bit.

The edited icon is just that-- indicating a post has been edited from its original iteration. Any edits made five minutes after it was posted will result in that icon, as well as larger inclusions made before then.

I might also recommend a change in career. I can’t imagine you have very many clients in your field with the consistency of abuse you’ve shown since you started posting this evening. Word to the wise.

you’ve been told multiple times how to do this.
you’ve been shown how to do it via the website… to which you responded that you can’t find the option ingame.

slow down and read what you’re being told.

this can’t happen.
people have attempted to explain the terminology issues you’re having, and you continue to ignore everything you’re told.

if you’re banned, you can’t log in.

a silence can’t be applied on top of another silence

the only thing the players can do, is squelch you… and if you’re not doing anything wrong, that squelch will get binned on review.

the squelches sound well deserved, because you’ve stated that you love to troll chat and you think you’re hilarious, but clearly others don’t see it that way.

it’s NOT the players who are silencing you.
i imagine there are a higher amount of GMs monitoring chat reports since the game has only just gone live.

I’ve locked these threads and they will remain locked, but I wanted to cover a few things.

You weren’t instantly disconnected, nor were you banned. Even if you were reported enough to receive a squelch, which it doesn’t appear you did in this situation, that doesn’t disconnect you.

The account was silenced, after reports of inappropriate chat were received and reviewed. There weren’t mass reports made. You actually have a number of things that you said primarily in Trade over the last few days that, while not using inappropriate language are extremely inappropriate. Not simply “cringy”, as you put it.

It is important to note that social penalties increase as you earn more. What you seem to call your guild advertisements and the associated topics of discussion you are using violate policy and should stop if you don’t wish to have your chat privileges silenced for extended periods of time.

I can find no indication you were told anything of the kind. Outside of the appeal, it looks as if you had an issue with an item that doesn’t appear to be increasing your character’s speed properly. You don’t actually mention the name of the item or what character is experiencing the issue. The Game Master referred you to submit feedback, via an option in-game or by posting in the General Discussion forum about it.

The follow-up, ignoring the abusive language that you used towards our staff (which also seem to be a trend in many of your tickets), indicates a stuck issue. You don’t provide any specifics on that either, no character name, nothing to indicate what character is having an issue.

Our staff is happy to help, but it is important to be clear in your request and provide information that allows them to help.
