Who's the oldest player?

I met a 93 year old on Moon Guard. Very cool.

I was able to talk my dad into letting me have an intellivision I just turned 54 myself

I turn 74 in October.

Been gaming since I got my C-64 in the spring of 1983. I was hot stuff with my 300 baud modem.

Started playing WoW about 2-3 months before TBC was released. Haven taken some breaks here and there, but always came back. Think Iā€™m addicted to WoW sigh.

Thinking about buying some FPS like COD. If anyone has any suggestions in this genre let me know pls.

53 now (55 at update), been in WoW off and on since Sept 26th, 2008. Started gaming on a Tandy (old Radio Shack PC). I played Tribes/Tribes 2 semi-professional with nCn starting in 1998 and that is FPS. Marine buddy of mine got me to play WoW on a PvP server and at that time I had no idea there was any other kind of server but coming from FPS it seemed natural to always be fighting (especially in the Barrens). Oldest player(s) I knew personally were in their mid 60s but I have heard of quite a few in their 70s.

I am easy enough to find, most of my toons have Frag in their name (Fragsabbath, Fragtastic, Fragile, Fragglelock, Fragrant)

Insert More Coins - Illidan (Core Raider Mythic - 70 Hunter SmoothborƩ)

Iā€™ll be 60 soon. Been playing this game since the 1990ā€™s when it was a stand alone computer game.

You gave me a smile in my dark hour, my 1st friend in WoW was an elder women, I never asked how old she was (never crossed my mind tbh, I  her too much to be curious about unnecessary specification), I know she was old because she had a daughter slightly older than me. (quick estimation, she was around 70)
She passed away recently, I feel devastated, ā€¦

Ty for this funny post

I was in a guild during WoD/Legion that had someone in her 80s or maybe early 90s. I think that computer games are great for elders, especially the social aspect of games like this. There are a lot more people your age playing than we probably realize.

I was also in a guild that was for older people, as in, most were retired age or approaching retirement age. It was a wonderful, non-toxic atmosphere.

ā€œ64 AND SO MUCH MOREā€ lol Just coming back to WOW after 16months playing other games , now Iā€™m lostā€¦hehā€¦ i got demoted to level 50ā€¦but all my junk is still here, my pets are still aliveā€¦haha. Been playing wow on and off since mid 2000ā€™s , at least I didnā€™t lose this toon , lost so many others ā€¦ thx for this fun thread!

If the missing characters were on the account you are using now, they get archived off the realm list but logging in to their realm will refresh the list.

If you donā€™t remember the realms they were on, post in the Customer Support forum and ask for help finding them.
Give as much info as you can recall about missing characters - e.g. name, class, level, realms, etc. every little bit of info helps.

You can follow the same process to help locate any missing WoW licenses as well.

Thx for the infoā€¦ but I pretty much just wrote it off , also my memory sucksā€¦ i quit playing around 2011 or so ā€¦went to eve onlineā€¦haha , Only thing i remember is my toon was the Original ā€œTucoā€ Dwarf hunter ā€¦ and had a white tiger pet AngelEyes ā€¦ look some years ago and all i could find were copys of same toonā€¦off named here and there. now i just run with ā€œTucoDarelOneā€ ā€¦ aka Tuco the real oneā€¦hahha I turned my old laptop into a Linux box , so no way i can back trace etcā€¦

Iā€™m old enough to have grandchildren that drive, Iā€™ll leave it at thatā€¦

But, Age really doesnā€™t matter much.

Ive seen 9 year olds that play better and were more mature than most, and Ive seen older folks act like 2 year oldsā€¦

Iā€™m 77 playing since vanilla. I kinda dropped out after Shadowlands because of the grind and have been waiting for the next xpac. This grandma is looking forward to being a dragon.

I am 84 and have been playing wow for at least 12 years. Mostly I solo the game. Itā€™s at lot easier to play when you are retired and have lots of time. 4 of my chars are level 60 and Iā€™m trying to unlock Nightborne. It"s a long process.

I feel young now at 60  Been playing since BC and will continue to play until I rage quit over bugs/annoyances. Havenā€™t yet despite how aggravating some of them areā€¦

Nice to see some baby boomers and Gen Xā€™ers in WoW. I myself am turning 43 this year

76 this past October. Been here since the start. My play has deteriorated somewhat, as I no longer do group content. Reflexes and eyesight such that I wonā€™t handicap a group just to ā€œseeā€ more content. Iā€™m satisfied with what I can do. To quote ā€œDirtyā€ Harry Callahan, ā€œA manā€™s got to know his limitations.ā€ :sunglasses: My body is taking payback for all the abuse and misuse I heaped upon it when I was younger. Yā€™know ā€¦ 10 feet tall and bulletproof?
