kultirans look fat and out of shape, orc could take advantage of that, as they are slightly smaller but almost all in ridiculously good shape. all the orc would have to do is tire out the KT.
This is about more than just size. Orcs come from an entire warrior culture on a savage world where they learned to hunt and kill enemies bigger and stronger than they are regularly. The average orc would demolish the average Kul Tiran without much difficulty.

I feel like a kulātiran would win in an arm wrestle with an orc because they seem very strong and hardened. A full on fight I feel may lean in the orcās favor since theyāre more experienced in fighting in this way whereas kulātirans may have gotten into bar fights but nothing near as major.
And Blizzard has described KT as being sea monster hunters.
It is about size, also. Hand to hand, KT have more reach, more weight. Orcs have berserk rage which can be as much of a detriment as a benefit.
The warrior culture didnāt save them from losing WC2 from normal humans even when weapons were involved. I think the warrior culture angle is overstating their prowess in hand to hand combat.

The Orc would win in a fight, of course.
Now if this were an eating competition, the KulāTiran would have them beat.
No weapons or armour? Iād have to give it to Kulātiran since they possess Haymaker which means they know how to brawl. And that bulk of thereās can be used as an advantage to grapple someone into submission. Or pile drive into the ground. (Also I keep picturing the whole thing going down like a WWF match.)
