Gonna go with Kultiran depending on math, they have mild regenerative capabilities that an orc lacks, even if we assume strength is relatively even, which it should be since the Orc to average human strength difference is 3 points and Kulâtirans have more BMI of muscle at a head taller to a Orcâs smaller but more dense BMI.
Assuming strength evens out, and the haymaker probably gets canceled out by the fact that the Kulâtiran needs to close the distance and the Hardiness racial would mean they only have 2.4 seconds to do this (20% off a 3 sec stun is 0.6 seconds) AND deal substantial damage to a knocked out Orc, I think the real question is whether an orcâs blind anger giving their blows 583 more strength for 15 seconds overcomes a Kulâtiran healing back 2% of the damage taken? Brush it off also increases versality so how would that also factor in?

Kul Tiran are bigger and as burly as Orcs.
People who are saying Orc with certainty have never put Kul Tiran right next to an Orc and compared them. Itâd say itâs an even fight with a slight edge to Kul Tiran.
Kul Tiran are like 8 feet tall my man. Theyâre bigger than Draenei.

The giant Orc in the MoP cinematic could barely handle a normal sized human. A Kul Tiran brawler isnât just going to let someone break their leg either, which isnât an easy thing to do to begin with.
I think it could go either way, but Iâd lean toward KT winning a fist fight.

If they were dumb enough to truly go brawn-on-brawn, then yeah, the Orc wins.
But if the KulâTiran fights the Orc the way that Ali fought Foreman â which is the correct way to fight someone whoâs bigger and stronger â then the Orc will wear themselves out while the KulâTiran waits for the right opening to end it.
And you can bet your bottom copper that the KulâTirans know the rope-a-dope.

Iâd say the Kul Tiran just use your racial and knock the Orc off a cliff, itâs an easy win and one that I enjoy often on my Kul Tiran Warlock during as many battlegrounds as possible.
