Also experiencing issues with /who functionality since the portal opened. Sometimes no returns for queries at all, sometimes its intermittent.

Still broken for me

Still broken. Trying to get my alts invited to my mains guild and I cant find the officer who can invite when I know hes online.

I’m having the same problem. I tried disabling all addons and that did not help. Any other troubleshooting steps that people have tried that fixed it?

Not only is the /who list broken, but the worldofwarcraft.com search is also very temperamental and doesn’t always work , I cant find some of my characters in the search, but if I go to my account and then click on them it works. Just seems like some broken queries that apparently blizzard does not care to ever fix.

Not that it helps, but still broken. Please fix!

I don’t believe this is a bug but a “feature” now. People were spamming who for some addon I believe so Blizzard throttled it and now the who list is woefully unusable now. It frequently/always comes up short now.

Blizz please fix this. Been going on for a long time. The who list is a key component to this game and it’s not working.

September again, I’m standing on Timeless Isle hunting Huolon, and /who tells me I’m the only person there… as two Alliance and a Hordie charge past me on their mounts.

Just adding my voice here. I keep trying to ginvite alts, or /who my guild to see who is on to invite mine, and the results are never correct. Some people literally don’t exist for me as far as /who is concerned, as searching for them directly returns no results. Searching for their level range won’t return them, or searching by class / range.

I know Blizz has their hands full at the moment coughs but it would be nice if someone could look into this when they have a chance.

How is this still a problem? It was reported back when we were raiding Battle of Dazalor and it’s STILL a thing?

Was trying to find a person in guild for an invite just a day ago and /who guildname comes up empty. Fortunately I got lucky and one of them walked past. Which goes to show just how bad it is, when it can’t even tell me that a person is online when they’re in the same zone within 30 yards.

“Who” is broken. Our guild can have 50 players on line and “who” may only show 11. I can’t find specific players using it. Guild finder is more broken than “who”. We really need some fixes Blizz.
