Yes, but it significantly reduces the ability of the virus to spread. That is the point. People who dont get vaccinated spread the virus MUCH more easily than people who got the vaccine. More unvaccinated people = more virus. More virus = more lockdowns and restrictions. If you want fewer lockdowns and restrictions, get the vaccination. Otherwise stop whining that you’re being told to wear a mask.

I usually put an ampersand in front so people can highlight the rest of the link to open it. A lot of people getting rich off the fear. It reminds me of the Simpsons episode where the doctor tells the people that the only thing he could give them would be a placebo and people demand to know where they can get this placebo and end up eating random things hoping they gain immunity.
The consequences of blind fealty to scientific authority without understanding enough to discriminate between the truth and narrative is a common theme in science fiction.

Big pharma is getting super rich off this for sure. Meanwhile they can’t be held liable and no one questions this. I should say no one in this thread. Plenty of people in the US question it. We will likely see mass protests like other countries soon, the more it’s mandated.

I’m not sure if they went into this planning on using it for political and economic gain or simply took advantage of the situation but we know there were some lies which brings up the question of what is true. It’s all so frustrating as someone brought up to believe in the drug discovery process that the government circumvented it.
This was a missed opportunity to make a real difference in disease transmission, teach people sustainable habits to minimize the threat of something going pandemic and give them time to properly research solutions. Instead we get people driving alone with their mask covering their mouth and not their nose thinking that in some way prevents them from getting Covid because some authority told them masks help.

One can take a vaccine and get really bad side effects and their doctor would highly recommend not to get 2nd dose. Problem here is what’s the point of getting vaccine if you still have to wear a mask when you’re fully vaccinated? This will encourage them to not get the vaccine. If we’re going face another lockdown, you’re going see a backlash that could turn deadly.

So, the CDC just now is announcing that vaccinated people now have to wear masks because the viral load is so high in certain parts of the USA. The CDC says this is because of people who are not getting vaccinated and not wearing a mask.
So, thank you to all the caring people who refuse to get vaccinated and refuse to wear a mask. Now we are starting to go backwards with this virus.

New mask mandate will encourage people not to get vaccine because again what’s the point?
The question is when? City are seeing a increase of covid but death rate is still low. I feel that they going keep using emergency power to pass agendas.
Not with this administration.
The push is to reach 70% immunity, the herd immunity, which would be the end of the threat except in smaller pockets.
