Who can i work with to troubleshoot twitch pet?

Hi team

My twitch is connected to bnet, and i gifted two subs to Xaryu, however i havent received the pet and it’s been about 12 hours. i connected right before i gifted so wondered if there is a delay between the connection being formed?

Who do I work with to fix?

Did you claim the reward after you gifted the subs? You should gotten a 21-character code (4-4-5-4-4) to input onto the Blizzard website.

Edit to add: If you didn’t receive the code, then you need to work with Twitch. If you received the code and it doesn’t work, you should open a ticket with Blizzard.

Oh dear! Where do I find that code? Or is it too late? I was on my phone =] thanks for the reply.

I don’t think it’s too late (and worst comes to worst, the promotion is still active, but I hope you don’t need to do two more).

On Twitch, the top right, there is a Notifications tab. It should be waiting for you there. It might be better to look on desktop, but it should be on mobile too.
