Im redoing the nightborne questline and wrapped up the part with arluin and realized i liked that npc more than most of the characters in SL and he is with us for like 5 quests.
Then i thought who was a character i liked and realized of pure SL created characters none stand out really.

Emeni and Kleia stuck with me the most. Also Marileth.
Flynn Fairwind
All the fairies in Ardenweald are huge trolls and I love them. All of their various quests both in their zone and beyond are a delight.
“Hey I found this wand, go see what it does to the Mawsworn for giggles lolz”
That one that follows you through the overgrown robots questline in ZM is also hilarious, because it doesn’t have a clue what anyone is saying but is just tagging along like “this is neat!”
Theotar.

Prince Renathal says: Theotar! My old friend. I am so happy to see you. And I see you managed to get your shirt off…
Theotar says: You as well. I could grate carrots on those ribs of yours.
Theotar and Sire Denathrius.
Merileth. I give him a hug whenever I see him. His storyline I think stood out the most to me, especially his heartbreaking moment of clarity while speaking to his fallen Margrave. I just want him to be happy and okay.
Runner up is Theotar. I actually like how other Venthyr still treat him with respect despite being driven insane. He was a duke before and he still gets treated as important though he has little of his mind left.
And finally, every jiro we’ve quested with. I love all of them, find them precious, and would’ve loved having more insight into how they work. They have so much personality for being part of this machination of death.
Marileth and Theotar for me. I’m kind of disappointed the two of them didn’t get a scene or quest together combining their unique forms of madness.

The Accuser, and the storyline with her reforming Kael’thas. I would have put her in charge of Sylvanas too.
Theotar and Marileth.
Utterly mad, yet very upbeat.
Not so much a character, but an entire race. I love all of the Faeries introduced in Ardenweald. Design aside, I’m a sucker for the trickster archetype and these guys are the biggest trolls I’ve seen in WoW.
Ve’nari - for some reason I like her voice response loops. I never really got the whole Cartel aspect of Shadowlands though… seems sort of left undone or with out an “Ah Ha!” I see what’s going on here.
Theotar and some of the interactions in the Veynth base are fun.

Garrosh but his soul died without purpose…
I did really enjoy the intro quest where you put on the play. It set a great atmosphere for the zone.
He died with a very specific purpose - not regretting a damn thing.
Tubbins and Gubbins. I love the Dredgers and they were the main reason I chose Venthyr as my first Covenant.
I bet he regretted not visiting the barber shop and fixing that hunch.
He stayed true to his character but I really hoped there would be more.
At least they didn’t permanently kill off Deathwing. He was may favorite wow character next to Chromie (before the gender bend.)
