I check the forum but could not find any issues matching mine. I can’t seem to log in one of my characters. All others are fine. When I do try, it states that I have been disconnected. I tried resetting the UI, uninstalling and reinstalling program, even bought some characters transfers but when I try to transfer to a less busy realm, it states that I have to clear my mail first. I have put in several support tickets but only got an automated response that suggests that I check the forums. This all began after the phase 2 patch and is beginning to get ridiculous. It was so much easier back in the day to fix issues like this. It has been over a week. Can anyone help or have any idea as to what to do? The real reason I want to log into that character is because I bought wow tokens and sold them at auction block. I have a lot of gold on that character and no, that’s not the mail in my mail box. Thanks.
I would first have recommended trying to see if it was just a world condition before buying those transfer tokens.
That’s ok. I was planning on transferring to a less busy realm anyways. I just need to be able to log on to one of my characters to do so. The other characters are working fine. Just the one is giving me a headache.

Try with multiple browsers if you can. It isn’t uncommon for one browser to block access but another allow it.
Could even try in-game on a different character, just make sure you select the correct one to move.

I did submit a ticket stating that I might have been hacked. I already change my password info.
It doesn’t sound like a hack to me. I had this actually happen to one of my characters back in BC, believe it or not what finally fixed it (after I had Tech Support helping me) was updating my router’s firmware… Surprised me and the Tech Support guy lol. Not sure if you have tried that yet, or if it would even work, but if you can maybe it could help? Also you could post over on the Tech Support forums, that gang can be really helpful, especially thinking of things that we might over look.
Hope you can get it fixed soon, it can be really annoying I know.

Update: The router update didn’t work. Oh well, I’ll keep trying. WoW’s customer service has really gone to the toilet.
