Which is the worst state for a Zombie apocalypse?

This right here.

Not Tennessee. We have liquor, firearms and lots of open spaces

Ironically, people with a lot of firearm and bunker would probably die first as they wouldn’t believe in the apocalypse and would found a conspiracy for it or just call it false new until a actual zombie eat them.

Yeah same here in the Hoosier state so we are good. Also add in a lot of 4x4 trucks so we can go most anywhere to get away lol.

where ever New york is is doomed in minutes… California also…basically anywhere heavy in airports and transport hubs…

Nevada is massacred if Zombie land has taught me anything…so is Florida with Disney land.

you know that LA/SF make up a tiny portion of CA, right? most of the state is mountains and desert

similarly, NYC is a tiny part of NY. upstate NY is nothing but woods and lakes and farmland

Over here in Ohio I’m not sure if we’d notice the zombie apocalypse. :frowning: We already have crumbling infrastructure, lots of crime, and zoned out humans staggering through the streets at all hours.

Georgia would be a bad spot for it.

ATL has the most international flights come though it, so if it started anywere else in the world, we have good odd’s of it hitting here and in numbers, the roadways connect everything pretty well, witch is good for getting away, but also gives a clear path to you for the zombies.

Large gun ownership doesn’t mean as much as people like to think, since you would be in a high pressure environment with fight or flight pinging off in your head the whole time, you might be more at risk of dying to someone’s stray shot or looters then zombies, and GA has ALOT of guns, and ‘weekend warrior’ types.

Florida because you’ll have to fight the zombies and the Florida man.

I’d always figured maybe the grand canyon. Build you a bridge to one of the plateaus that you can extend and retract. Haha

Probably be a pay-per-view event.

Florida Man pokes bloated zombie caused by humidity with stick, Florida man becomes bloated zombie. New Florida man pokes bloated zombie. The state would clear itself of zombies and Florida men with in the first 24hrs.

Any friendlies in Cherno?

What zombies are we talking about? PVZ? Walking dead? 7 days to die?

Hmm that might be worth paying to watch lol.

I’m thinking more like znation. Walking dead zombies would really only be an issue in major cities because they are so slow. Haha (living dead zombies are sort of gross)

Florida because well, Florida.

This isn’t so much a state question but the difference between large urban populations vs. rural areas, of which every state has both.

Take a look at CA. San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland and that entire surrounding area would get infested quick. Down south, LA infestation would spread quick and San Diego is pretty dense as well. In between you have the Sacramento area which isn’t as dense but still a fairly populated location but in between? Just hundreds of miles of plains and farms. Up north is heavily wooded and resource rich area with low population and there’s a few large lakes with fresh water throughout CA.

There’s also a fairly decent military presence in CA just slightly north of San Diego. So every state is more or less the same… the more populated areas would get infested quick and survivors would just spread out.

Populated areas more than anything, cause the amount of zombies in those places would be extremely high

Any state with massive amounts of people in close quarters would be worst, such as the northeast. Ones with large tracts of wilderness would be better - the desert southwest, midwest, etc.
