Which is superior? Cats or Dogs

Thats a stereotype. The reason they do is because people corner them for ‘‘funny video’’ purpose. If everything around you were giant and you couldnt escape I think your first reflex would be to bite too.

But in general environment its not. My chihuahua a real live teddy bear. She cry each morning to come in my bed and sleep in my arms. She always goes in her playbed and show me her belly to get bellyrub.

If you only see what is shown on internet its not the reality of dogs.

If they’re both play biting dogs won’t actually bite down, they just hold you in their mouth, in my experience. You know a cat owner who has been playing with their cat cause their arms are cut up lol

Around 20

People who have a lot of cuts from their cats probably don’t know how to “play” with a cat before they actually get pissed. And even so, a bunch of scratches are annoying but it’s no dog bite.

I can’t find where I’m wrong.

I trained both my cat and dog for that. If they wanna play with arm its only if I wear long sleeve and they are not allowed to put pressure or claws. The only problem is they associated long sleeve shirt with me letting them play. So when im cold its a bit a problem

Dogs are overall more dopamine inducing as they are always so happy to see you… cats have their moments where you just roll over laughing… so both =win in my book

I have a Siberian husky and two long haired cats…. I gave up on life and just accepted that I will always be covered in hair haha

Dogs are #1 for me.

I had a vet many years ago who always said “too many cats, not enough recipes”. He still was a great vet even with cats, but he was definitely a dog person.

yep. That’s a fact.

Hehe. My boxer Gabriel (RIP) was an absolute moron. I’d throw a stick and he’d literally run into trees chasing it. He also would come back out of the woods with a whole damn tree in his mouth instead of the small stick I threw. I never had his tail docked and he chewed the tip of it off. It was like a medieval mace swingin around and flinging blood all over. He ran through the same glass door twice and the screen door 7 times. He was the best doggo ever though and I miss his stupidity every day.

Tell that to my cat lol. He routinely passes up food for lap time and cuddling, and if I leave the house for more than a day he gets depressed, barely eats, and spends the whole day sleeping underneath the blankets on my bed if my housemate lets him. Back in the “before times” when I still went to the office on weekdays, he’d sit at the door waiting for me and demand to be picked up when I got home. When I’m home he spends 95% of his time on me or close to me. Most needy and people-centric cat I’ve ever seen.
