Doing level 80 normal dungeons, or wotlk heroic dungeons?

Faster donno, more efficeint is heroics as your gonig to do yuor dailly heroic and farm for badges either way.
After no longer needing badges depends on your class and spec should be psoting on your main or mentioning it when asking a question.
For example a prot pally with eng reg halls of stones is the most effective over 800g possible over 1500g an hour based on realm, farming there while getting rep + can drop jeeves.

any idea why there are no quests for kirin tor rep at ambers ledge in borean tundra? there should be some i thought…?

There is vary few kirin quests so heroics are vastly faster esp as the dailly heroic also gives some rep with them on top of the tabard rep.
as for the ambers ledge quests there should be some think like 3. They don’t got many quests in the first place the time it takes to hunt them down your better of jsut going into a heroic.
As a aff lock you can solo farm regs if you want for rep hos is quite possible as mainly melee mobs you can kite around in a circle easier as a tank but still decent gold esp as a eng, which most people are.
Heroics will be fastest thou esp if you get a world tour. One tour is basically half the rep to exalted.

can i redo the qu ests? do they appear everyday? for coldarra, amber ledge, dragonblight?
