For me it was losing Karabor as an Alliance capitol city/building in WoD. I was so very much looking forward to it. Still sad to this day.

I did that on my mage specifically so I could teleport and spread the plague. 
I made a mess of Theramore and Menethil Harbor.
So many people were upset and they had every right to be but man I didn’t care

Karabor is there, but it’s just a bunch of NPCs. They probably didn’t do much with it because it would have been unfair to give one faction a unique hub and not the other.
Also, wasn’t Shattrath supposed to be a raid?
My offensive jokes and flirts that were not really offensive just possibly maybe sort of could have been problematic for tiktok. (and lawsuits)

The Horde were supposed to get Bladespire Citadel as their hub. Both got cut (along with a bunch of other things) because they ran out of time.
