Which Classes do you want most?

While I can think of several classes I’d love to see added, none more than Tinker, it’s baffling that we still lack one. Gnomes and Goblins are constantly inventing wild gadgets, explosives, and mechs throughout the game/lore, yet there’s no playable class to capture that chaotic, tech-savvy fantasy.

Which classes do you want the most?

We already have 40 unique ways to play the game. I’m set class-wise.

  1. A music class. Name it Musician, Bard, Minstrel or whatever! <3
  2. A Tinker class, with a ranged-tank-spec that is controlling tank pet(s) +support pet(s) and ofc a dps and 1 support spec :slight_smile:
  3. An evil melee with 1hand+shield, dark spells, life leech etc. that would be awesome :slight_smile:

I have engineering on several characters and it doesn’t provide any of those things in any meaningful way.

I would also say Tinker, but ideally not specifically focused on being a Gnome or Goblin or in a mech suit. Rather just a class for any race focused on guns, grenades, rockets, turrets, flamethrower, lightning cannon, etc.

Tinker, but only so they can take all the bombs and Shotguns from Survival and give it a proper rework as a melee spec with a pet, preferably with some supplementary ranged attacks via throwing weapons by expanding on skills like Hatchet Toss/Chakrams/throwing Spears or something in that direction over the confused mess it is increasingly becoming.

I don’t think we need new classes. I’d like to see more build diversity. For example, bring back glad stance so we have a proper sword n’board dps, let enhance shams talent into tank, give priest a holy dps build, etc…

Maybe in another 20 years :man_shrugging:

I want a Ranged spec.
I’ll repeat.
I want a 40yard Ranged Spec.

In 21 years they’ve taken away a Ranged spec, given us a mid-range spec, and now they give us a range-melee abomination spec in Midnight.

Just give us a new damn Ranged spec.

Tinker. Witch Doctor. Bard. I do not care.

Tinker NEEDS to happen, I just wanna drop some turrets and bunker down. Is my fav class fantasy

Bard to an extent, I feel like most games only lean towards the heal fantasy with bard, I like hurting ppl

At some point you need to give up on classes and have a game with a different approach to character builds.

But WOW will never be that game.

On WOW itself… anyone demanding a new class has to, in my opinion, also lay out in detail the two to four specs that will go with it, and how the class and its specs will avoid causing fundamental changes to other classes and specs.

See, Demon Hunter being shoehorned in.

Necromancer. Specifically the cloth caster ones that focus solely on raising the dead from fallen mobs (diablo3/vanilla wow/warcraft3 fantasy).

  1. Spell-blade. Arcane+swords is super common among NPCs, and I want a Shield carrying DPS that actually uses the shield.
  2. Tinker. We deserve a new bow class, and engineering isn’t strong enough to deliver the fantasy of fighting with explosives, robots, and lasers.
  3. Witch. The two most requested caster classes are necromancer and witch doctor, but frankly neither one has enough for 3 specs unless you want to gut existing classes. So instead we make them specs of a new spooky caster that doesn’t come with a demon.

Bonus round: Move Shadow Priest to Witch and replace it with a new holy caster DPS.

I wouldn’t turn down a Necromancer. I was partial to them in Diablo 2 and 3.

We have no mail tank

We have no cloth tank

I want shaman earth tanks

I want bards, and I want their magic to be pink, and they should get cloth tank, heal, dps specs

also mage healer would be cool to see

We really need a pink magic class tho. arcane mage is purple. Need that cute rose pink. Yeah yeah cry neckbeards. Maybe mage healer could be pink. Girls would love it

I feel like tinkers wouldnt be very popular bc barely anybody plays mechagnomes, gnomes, or goblins.

None. But it would be nice if Blizzard stops overhauling the classes every expansion. It has gotten pretty tiring.

If they are doing this to add “freshness”, there are better ways like weapons and armour that alters your toolkit. Don’t like it, don’t use/wear the weapon/armour.

A tinker expansion might also be an easier narrative considering some greedy foe getting their hands on the cursed energy sources around Azeroth like Saronite or Black Blood. Can even balance the military in both factions since already both factions rely on goblin and gnome technology. :crystal_ball::robot:
