Which class will you play in cata?

Originally I was horde, so never really enjoyed worgen.
Might go worgen rogue, not sure.
How about you?

The delete all my Wrath era characters ‘class’ should they not offer any options.

Back when Cataclysm was original, lived it once not planning to again, I chose a Worgen Warrior. Was fun. But I won’t be going back again.

Not sure, still thinking. I’ll probably wait till pre-patch to play with the new stuff to see what I like. I’m considering paladin, hunter, dk looks good, love the changes to dk in Cata, and levelling a shaman right now as well.

I’ll make worgen mage

Can worgens be Shammys?

Prot Paladin, Survival Hunter, and Enhancement Shaman are up there for me. Whatever I main will depend on my raid group though, I know some people are interested in playing different classes but I don’t know how much of the team is going to change yet

I played a lot of that in cata. I have to say it was a blast and the last time I really enjoyed the spec. I might play that once again.

On my old server there was a DS pug group that went around a similar time each week and the guy putting it together would actually message me and let me know he was running and if I would go. Said I was one of the best enh shaman he’s seen.

I mean take that for what you will when it comes to the pug world. It was a nice ego boost.

Ill give it a try.
My shaman stayed lvl 70 as resto. Will lvl her to 85 as enh will have some fun!
My 80 UH Dk will become Blood.
My warlock 72 will remain Affli.
And will start with worgen rogue from lvl 1 to 85, sub.

Was resto shaman a nice healer in cata? Really loved resto in TBC.

Planning to play a hunter long enough to record dungeons then promptly unsub. Won’t even take 1 month to do. I expect most people to dump by 3 months. Cataclysm has no longevity. They’d have to rush the phases really fast to keep that ship above water.

does any1 know how priest plays? holy priest and disc priest.
im curious if they actually made disc less boring since holy can pretty
much be like a mini disc anyway. was hoping it was fun comin into wrath
but it actually felt more fun in tbc when it was just a pvp spec to pve in lmao.

Thinking bout Hunter for DPS and Druid for healing, maybe a warrior for tanking

I did also enjoy unholy DK in cata too. It was only a LFR messing around character though. Popping aoe on him was fun.

thats how im going except instead of shaman ill go disc priest

hunter, prot paladin, probably enhancement enough for me.

I remember all the griefing piece of garbage tanks during Cata release, and I want to join their ranks instead of being their victim.

Fire mage and ele shaman both with the staff, but not sure I want to go past normal raid difficulty.

Sticking with my main Rdru.
This is the toon that has over 8k achieve points, 114 mounts and like 86 pets. Rdrus in cata are kinda poggers. Not S-tier, but super fun.

Hunters become increasingly more fun to play starting cata so maybe a mm hunter.

Or dwarf shammy :+1:

I dual spec’d disc/holy during cata the first time around. Both are incredibly strong for PvE with very different play styles, with chakras holy is versatile enough to be a super strong tank or raid healer. I never PvP’d as holy, but disc was godmode. With pvp gear, it was common to watch three rando dps in a battleground unable to take me down.
