I’m sure hunters have a damage reduction in there somewhere but I rarely see it being impactful, it’s really just deterrence and being ranged (when they’re ranged)

No meta is good brother, all of them are trash. Caster meta, melee cleave meta, caster/melee meta, they are all bad.
Blizzard is bad at balancing, which means the word “meta” = “grossly overtuned”.

I actually cannot believe that anyone, warrior players included, believe this.
Balance druid is easily the squishiest spec bar none and it’s not even remotely close.
With regards to melee, I think the only tankier melee than warrior is windwalker and even then that’s more because of the number of cds and port over the passive tankiness.
Warrior is significantly tankier and harder to kill than ret, enh, dk, dh, and feral.
When I play warrior I feel like I’m never in danger between dstance, parry, ignore pain, and impending victory.
Now granted, I think it NEEDS to be tanky because it’s basically the only melee that can actually be functionally kited to the degree that it is in this day and age. However, I don’t know anyone who would actively choose to target down a warrior over another melee unless it’s like a rot spell cleave vs a DK.

Yes those classes “take more damage” than Warrior but all of those classes have a button that make them unkillable when needed and/or can stop the pressure immediately, when the game is balanced around offensive and defensive CDs emergency buttons will always be stronger especially in SS
In the 3v3 bracket Warriors are much more defensive than most of the forum clowns here make it out to be and are definitely tankier than the classes you mentioned, if it was last patch I would have disagreed with you regarding Feral however

People like to say that don’t. I personally think they at least look at it and sometimes make changes based off user feedback in combination with other factors.

I agree with this, but I actually think the game is a LOT more balanced around pve and sustained damage than coordinated goes atm.
Oh 100%. They received, like, 11% more healing permanently from all sources prior to this patch LOL.
Also, colossus warrior got several buffs and the bigger deep wounds healing on top of ignore pain is something like an extra 10-15k hps (depending on pets) passively.
I mean, it would be a bad idea to not listen to their playerbase and they have access to tons of information here.
I’m not saying they read everything, but with how many warrior threads we have a week they’re hard to miss.
Ignore Pain and Slam are the most feel bad buttons to press. Use rage for defense and then can’t hit anything while you wait for your rage to fill? awesome… Hit for wet noodle damage while consuming rage hoping to get a proc to use your real rotation? awesome…

Uneding Resolve is a 3 minute cooldown - 40% dmg reduction
We get a passive dmg reduction of 8% for a few secs when we port, but this is not gonna save us during coordinated burst.
