Whether you're for or against the instance limit

No probs,
I’ve never had a counter be off time.

The only slight issue you can have is if you are not the party leader and the party leader isn’t running the aura it wont keep count.

Addons use a layer in guild/party/raid chats to communicate to other players running the same addons, to share information.

So you simply want blizzard to do some work, because you cannot be bothered to copy/paste some text into an addon you already use.

Blizzard shouldn’t do a shoddy job of implementing things just because there are some addons that can track it.

Blizzard should not jump at a whim of players who cannot be bothered to copy/paste some text.

Yeah, no. Blizzard has a responsibility to not be terrible at their jobs. This isn’t a, “jumping at the whim” this is implementing a simple tracker to deal with their knee-jerk decision to limit players.

You have a chip on your shoulder about a lot of different types of people you don’t agree with, and you are obviously not against this change, so it doesn’t really matter what you think.

Did 10 runs this morning with a weak aura to track it

On the first set it told me I had only done 1 until I was locked out, then it still told me I had only done one and had 40-50 minutes for more as I kept checking to get back in. I got in around 38m left according to the WA.

Second set told me I had 5 runs recently with 12m to get more locks, for the last 2-3 runs of the second set.

I did not have party lead for the first set, still doesn’t explain the second set though.

Cool, that a good to know. Perhaps it had to do with the leader or alts in the group causing double counts. Thanks again

“You do not agree with me, so your opinion doesn’t matter”

You seem to take joy with people who you don’t like or agree with suffering, or being hurt by Blizzard without any additions of a system that could help them, so yeah. Your opinion doesn’t matter.

What?
Are you really going to call a 30 per day cap and having to copy/paste some text to get a count of your instances “suffering”?

“Suffering” and “hurt”?
Be less dramatic.

To the people it impacts? Yeah.

At this point, all most people want - outside of the change being removed - is infrastructure in game to track it to prevent lockout. And you’re still belittling people and arguing that Blizzard shouldn’t have to put the bare minimum of effort into the game.

So yeah. I’m not interested in trying to, “discuss” things with you.

Please cite your statistics that show that “most people” want this change removed.

I am not against such a thing. I merely don’t believe blizzard is obligated to do so, especially in light of an addon that does it.

You could have fooled me.

Of the people making the threads…? That’s what I was referring to.

The addon doesn’t work flawlessly, and even if Blizzard doesn’t have an obligation to do it, there is a thing called being a good company. When they add a change that affects the gameplay of legitimate players (and notice I didn’t use any, “dramatic” language), they should probably do what they can to prevent anyone running into a wall on accident.

Pretty much every time I see you, you’re hostile in some form.

Perhaps you are being a mite too sensitive if you read my responses as “hostile”.
