Bought a wow token in the shop, payment processed and completed, no wow token in my inventory or mail
Give it 24 hrs then open a purchase failure token and are u using it for retail or classic.

retail, but since when does it take 24 hours? it used to be instant back in legion
All digital purchases can take up 2 24hrs.

It generally still is instant, unless issues crop up with the financial systems in place. Banks are still running in archaic foundation.
It could also just be a display issue, have you done a UI reset to rule that out?

dont get why the token is taking longer then the mount i bought, considering that came instantly and both used the same payment, my bnet balance. ive already ruled out the display issue too
But did u folow the instruction or just disable or uninstalling the addons big difference

You don’t happen to also have a Token purchased from the Auction House in your possession do you?
Since you can only have one type of Token in your possession at a time, that might cause an issue.
