I just returned to the game and I have to start over. I don’t have a problem with that. However, I have mounts that I paid real money for as well as achievement mounts (like KSM) that are missing. I’m ok with starting over but I’m not ok not having those mounts anymore. Please give those back to me. Its literally hundreds of dollars worth of mounts. If I can re collect them then I’m fine not having them back but i cant with KSM, that’s why i want those back as well as the ones i paid real money for.
need to be more specific about what mounts you’re missing so if you get blessed by the answer of Blizzard, they know what to look for
It sounds like you have more then one account, but Support > Customer Support might be better suited. Yes, do make sure to note what mounts, and maybe if y ou can not find a character, which character.
