i cannot find the support page for tracert, winmtr. when i google it and go to every link i can find its saying “Page not found”

Yeah same how are we supposed to troubleshoot these issues now?
Having high latency on US Wildgrowth.
Connection troubleshooting changed in the last few months to be more in line with the approach of other AAA gaming companies. Technical tickets no longer request connection test results; the staff answering the tickets no longer review connection tests. As such, the pages for those tests were retired.

And I have connection issues like some people are facing atm. Following those steps dont really solve it. So how can we know which IP to trace or something? Sound so lame to just let us diagnose our own if we aint IT smart
Like other companies, they no longer publicly post server IPs.
