Sorry, I am having a hard time figuring out how the authenticator works. I have the app on my phone, and I click on authenticator and it doesn’t show any login requests when I try to login. I try to enter the code manually as the option states, but it gives me an error code. What do I do? I can’t login now.

When you pull up the authenticator window on the app, there should be a button roughly bottom center that says “Enter Code Manually”

Are you using the original stand alone Authenticator app? If so, that’s being retired. Now, the Authenticator and Battlenet Mobile are combined into a single app. You may want to try via the new consolidated app.

I’ve entered in what the “enter code manually” button does. i get an invalid error code.
I am using the battle.net app.
Are you using this from an iPhone? You need to download and install the newer Battlenet app and port the authenticator over to it.

Blizzard recently migrated to the Battlenet Mobile App and the older authenticator app has been disabled. If you are still using the old app, you’ll need to migrate to the new one.
