I would say you wait until blizz flips the switch.
Faction change is not the same as Race change. Thats what they mean by saying “make up your mind” But youre too dim to realize that.

That still doesnt mean A faction change is the same thing as a race change.
Youre right, faction change is another step beyond race change, its even more complicated to implement. Yet you believed blizzards lie about race change being harder lmao and you still do

I elaborated and explained how someone I know personally race-changed their character by refunding a faction chage.
So in some cases, for all intents and purposes, a faction change can be a race change.
Until Blizzard adds it.
