I completed the “Item Recovery” service through the in-game support. I was on my main char (different from this char) but the items recovered were for THIS character. I chose several items to recover. So…where are they? They aren’t in my mail or bank, not on this character or my main character. This was several days ago and still nothing.
Id probably open a tickert on this one and be specific on which items which toon and the item restoration went bork couldve been due to the ddos attack but thats speculation,

Also, did you get email when you did it? I always get two emails when I do item restoration: the first says the ticket was submitted and the second shows the ticket as resolved. Did you get both of those?
