Is there a way to tell which of my characters had progressed the furthest in Shadowlands? I just can’t tell and it was years ago so I don’t remember. There must be a board somewhere I can look that tells me the progress of each of my characters so I can pick up where I left off. I’m not talking about seed quests, I mean I need to see a list of everything each character has done so I can choose which one to continue with.
You can usually just look at your quest log if you are leveling through Shadowlands, it often will tell you what your next step is at the top. You can also look at the map in relevant areas for Campaign quests.
Alternately, there are a number of sites that help track quests and quest progress. Wowhead has a quest completion tracker.

I thought of that but I don 't see any campaign quests on the map for any zone in SL.

Also - flight path map shows quests that are not on the main map and aren’t there when I arrive. could be an addon, but why wouldn’t I be able to see available quests? (I do have trivial quests tracking on)
If you are already 60, that would probably be why. If you are under level 60, that option should still be available. You may also be able to select Chromie time, but that is only available under level 60.
That I’m not sure. As you said, it could be an addon, but the flight path map often will show available world quests at a location.

I use this website a couple different websites and after you login, just refresh/sync your battle.net account and good to go.
