Listen, I’m not going to pretend I’m the nicest person on the internet or that I don’t do some trolling when someone asks a dumb question in general chat. But I have a serious issue, where can I go for help?
When I say that I mean actual serious help for issues in game. I can’t use Reddit because if you ask questions on the WoW subreddit you just get trashed on. Customer support for blizzard is so horrible that it takes 20 extra steps to be able to put in a quick ticket that will never be solved or even looked at. So what do I do?
Where can I get my issues solved at because I just want to play the game. I just wanna not spend $15 a month for some dumb bugs to happen that won’t ever get looked at or fixed while also just being discouraged to even put a ticket when most people get no response.
The only question I have that no one can solve is why can I not recruit the Highmountain Taurens? The requirements are you need a level 45 character and need to complete the highmountain storyline. There is no need to get exalted anymore, but I have the achievement on my account as well so I’m genuinely confused as to why I cannot recruit them?

So I’ve tried putting the ticket in through the support screen while playing WoW, and doing a separate one. And so far it has not been looked at.
It is a bit of an exaggeration that I “can’t play the game” but it is not an exaggeration that I am unable to play the class I want to play since I can’t get the quest for it even though I have all requirements for it.
I just do not understand why there is little support from such a huge company with huge titles that many people play.
For your Highmountain Tauren issue, did you earn the necessary portions on the character you are trying to unlock them with? That has always been a prerequisite.
Tickets are averaging 24hrs so if it hasnt been 24hrs your gona have to be patient and that would probably fall under a game hint why u cant get the HM. The usual culprit is that ur already on a allied race recruitment chain.
For an issue like that - it generally falls under the umbrella of “game hint.” How to do various quest lines and such is meant to be figured out by players, not be guided along by GM’s, so they often will not help you figure out what to do.
That said, they realize that sometimes things get confusing and you get stuck so they will sometimes help point you in the right direction anyway.
I have the achievements on my character I’m trying to recruit them on, I got exalted on a different toon but that isn’t a requirement for recruiting them anymore I thought?
Thank you for the information, I will look across my toons to see if I have any recruiting quests but I believe the last thing I recruited was the boralus humans and completely finished the unlock but I will double check!
So basically what my issue is, is I literally cannot get the quest. I don’t believe I have any active recruiting quests for any other race because the ones I unlocked I know I completed those story lines so that’s why I’m trying to figure out if anyone else gets this or what the issue is on why I can’t get the quest even though it says at the embassy that I have everything recruited to get it
If you haven’t finished another allied race recruitment quest, even if you abandoned it, you can’t get another. You need to check all of your quest progresses on all of your toons.
Sometimes we can get lucky and a blue will hop in help point the way probably wont be till morning but stranger things have happened lays a offering of fresh hay or coffee for vrak.
So is there somewhere I can look to see if I am doing any of them or if that I have started halfway through one of the quests or something saying I am in the process of recruiting them?
