Youre making my point for me. The whales would be still be visible to us because when we swin 60 yards out to sea, thats like 50 miles so yeah you would see whales.

Well, then you havent experienced much of the world. There are multiple zones with full-sized whales swimming around.
They couldn’t do a fungal whale back in WoD OP, as that would have cost them a raid tier.
