Where are you supposed to go to network with people / build a friends list of others looking to push? LFG is dead outside of arenas / advertisements, Haven’t heard of any cords existing, and there are no communities I can find.

Your search is probably too specific.
There is an arena forum discord knocking about, you might find what you want there…

Ruthless Renegades is a mainly casual pvp community but our guild now has a very good amount of high rated pvp players who focus on Solo S, BG Blitz and arenas. You’re welcome to apply if rated pvp is your focus.
Most of the communities dont actually speak or do anything same as most of the guilds here
