When tanks will be viable for ARENA high MMR again?

A tank with a 2400 rating
when will it be possible?

I think all the tanks should have a -50% healing MS.

I do agree though Prot and a few Tanks should have MS and Mana burn.

If it’s never again, it will still be too soon.

Theres a huge amount of Super geared pve tanks atm at the 2400-2600s in 3s who play anima of life/death and twilight death. They wait for td to proc someone down to 50% then anima them causing a 100-0 on any class (including destro lock).

This is what Abombanation calls “fun” and “exciting” because balance doesn’t matter. Just feelings about how enjoyable PvP is, and that it’s only enjoyable if you can use all those PvE items to faceroll in PvP like you’re playing Arathi Basin in Vanilla.

Prot Pal has poly immune a lot of time. When I see poly i just immune it. The mages casting poly then wonders what happened as they are getting knocked into the air.

To have Rank 1 spots. Would love a day when Esports requires all roles to compete but we really need better Esports for PvP where there is 5v5 or 6v6.

joke or not the problem is people don’t care so they don’t understand counterplay. Then they go and complain about X without understanding… it’s a learn to play issue.

counterplay is fine. guardian druid doing 30k dps/20k hps while giving passive 30% wall isnt counterplay.

Sounds interesting would love to see the set up and the breakdown of all that.

We all have different ideas on counterplay but conflict major and running versa amps is counterplay against rogues. It’s passive counterplay. Changing gear, essences etc is part of counterplay in an RPG. It’s to give you an advantage against X. It all falls under the umbrella of counter play.

30% passive wall is a guardian druid pvp talent that has no point being in arena against a target whos immune to a major form of cc in the game. cc should be stoppable not be ineffective.

this is dumb. counter play means you actively counter play some one. just existing in itself is whats wrong with the ability not that it does 30%

Countering something can be done passively which is known as a HARD COUNTER. It’s when either a combination of talents/gear makes it so the opposition is HARD COUNTERED. When you do this that is part of counterplay since you countered X.

That is how RPGs work. Since you like Diablo it is no different than slapping on resist and absorb from a Tgod belt to have counterplay. It’s the same in WoW changing essences, trinkets and talents to HARD COUNTER something is counter play.

you are right about this beiing an rpg and gear being part of counterplay if more peopl thought like this we wouldnt have needed templates.
