Maybe it’s the overall theme? Some people like the Horde because of their theme and looks. It doesn’t help that the Horde can still be seen as kind of the “bad guys” (even though they aren’t, heck Alliance did atrocious things too.) so that likely adds to the appeal.
I suppose the racial may be factor too. But I don’t think the “bias” can be fixed. You want more people to play Alliance? Then they need to have more appeal. I mean c’mon, the Horde crest looks plain mean. The Alliance lion looks something they’d stick on a Little Tykes toy.
iunno. I thought the BFA designers stuck it to the Horde pretty good. Boralus was layed-out in such a way that all of the trainers, vendors, weekly reward givers were all located in the same reset zone. Horde trainers, vendors, weeklies, etc. were spread all over the map, well outside of rest zones, and even separated from everything on two axes (axises? what’s the plural of axis?).

Never. As long as you believe they are Horde-biased, you will always believe that, no matter what they do.
The good news is that lots of Horde people believe that Blizzard is biased towards the Alliance, and will list all the pro-Alliance benefits to prove their point. And they are just as “correct” as you are.
Nasty, isn’t it? That “grass is greener on the other side” mentality seems like a basic human thing. It has been written about a lot. The only cure is actually trying the other side for a while.

What I hated most about playing horde in BFA was that stupid Zandalar city. It was so poorly designed.

Lol I love the alliance and all it offers, but it’s really hard to deny that ally gets short end of stick more than often. Nothing had to be worse than the night elf redemption thing. I would have never expected to get so little back after such a huge blow in the game lore wise. There is still hope we will get the night elf heritage armor they deserve however!
But hey Worgen model update is great they can have the little fox people.
Really I will never agree that the allied races were not fair. Horde races were either so very the same like the alliances or done extremely poorly besides the trolls. It could have been better both sides.

I play both factions. But when BFA went live, I refused to play any Horde characters for MONTHS, just because Zandalar was so bad.
I kept getting lost, and was suddenly surrounded by hostile NPCs who were happy to kill me…screw this, back to lovely Boralus…

It’s silly I felt the same way about Boralus, I mained horde most of bfa.

I would like to ask is blizzard interjecting this feature into GD so it can be accepted to the player base?
You had it right. It’s “axes”, pronounced with a long “e” sound.

Boralus had really great places for RP too. It just had it goin’ on.
Sorry, but as long as AOO exists, claiming horde bias just makes you look idiotic.

I feel like from previous interviews that the little scuffle between Tyrande and Nathanos was her revenge moment unfortunately.
She’ll probably end up doing something else but not get revenge. Lol

I remember her disappearing into the Shadowlands in the beginning of the campaign and we haven’t seen her since. There’s definitely more happening with her. She’s bent on revenge, and she’s Elune-powered. This is the perfect opportunity to develop her character as well as take Elune out of its ambiguity.
Shes part of the night fae campaign. Shes extremely rude to horde players. Like alliance in general are. Lol

I like our Allied races far more than the Horde ones.
Kt is the best allied race imo. And top 3 races in general. I love mecha gnomes and DID and LFD and even velves. The best horde got was green orc and that’s only cuz they can be priests. Zanda and vulpera are the two worst imo.

Yeah I think the only Horde AR I like is Highmountain.
I get the dislike for Mechagnomes so hopefully a customization pass in the future spruces them up.
I changed my shaman to HMT and have a nightborne mage cuz it seemed cool. I have far more alliance allied races though tbh. I wish we could trade. Lol
Ah yes, in an expansion with characters like Bolvar, Jaina, Calia and Taelia getting more spotlight while Baine and Thrall sit in the corner all while trying to save the Alliance High King Anduin, totally feels like Horde bias.

From what I seen from Covenants, we seem to have a pretty even mix of prominent characters, so I still fail to see any “Horde bias” there either.
When it comes to Warmode, a bonus is still a bonus.

This whole expansion is a love letter to the Alliance.
For the first 6 hours of playing I thought it was bugged out and it had put me in the Alliance campaign instead of the Horde one - and it only got worse from there.
