Well, I usually start out leveling from 50 to 60 with WM on, once someone attacks me I turn it off so I never make it past Bastion so that zone is the only one Iām aware of that has a Free-For-All pvp WQ where the same faction can attack each other.
Oh boy, if you havenāt sit in Bastion when that WQ is up and itās non-stop trash talking. Now remove the faction barrier and combine the āHorde sucks hurr durrā with the āAlliance sucks hurr durrā people and I can guarantee that more people will be silenced that first day than Blizz has done since they added the silence feature 
People take their HvA serious.

If people carry that kind of hate around that theyād lash out at someone who hasnāt attacked them and just for playing the opposite factionā¦well Iād like to think the majority of players arenāt that sad.
Most people donāt have WM on.

And let you make one single mistake, something that would be ignored before will be āsee, this is what happens when you team up with Allianceā lol. It wonāt be good lol, and even as a person who plays both sides Iād rather opt out of mixed faction grouping just so I can avoid those interactions. Players already argue enough in my content without the additional faction variable thrown in
I think it comes to race aesthetics, the horde races are just 10x better looking than any Alliance races.

Convince Blizz to make a faction neutral event in game where everyone can interact and letās see what happens 
Then who do you want as leader? A hateful king or a diplomat?

It would wear off. Iām not saying it wouldnāt happen but I think itād be an overall positive for the game.
Thatās a good example of a leader you donāt want regardless.

What if I liked Horde since I started playing back in Warcraft 2 when I was a kid and it has followed through since?
I donāt think it would, 15 years of hate is a long time
Would be nice to have an expansion where the Alliance was the primary driver of the story for once.

Alliance has better pvp and pve racials
People would adapt. Paladins on the horde and shaman on the alliance would surely destroy the game as well 
Imagine alliance crying about world pvp and blizzard taking actionā¦can you imagine guys because I cant.
Thatās different than just raw faction hatred and that hatred will be refueled every time something happens storywise.
So far I have found everything in SL to be the same in this exspansion. Wait! Except that general Nasgrim game my hoardies their first quest instead of Whitemane. Am I missing something?
