Starting the week of September 13, the Scourge Invasion will begin. Having survived the assault on Naxxramas (you wouldn’t know anything about that, would you?) Kel’Thuzad is ready to once more advance the Lich King’s efforts by striking at strategic locations all over Azeroth. The dread citadel Naxxramas has left the Eastern Plaguelands for good, absconding to the icy continent of Northrend.
This makes it seem the 13th. But from what I e heard it is launch of prepatch.
Pre-patch is WOTLK with Northrend being unavailable (no boats), not accessible.
Naxxramas will be gone.
Monday, the 29th will be last day to do it.
So why does blizzards guide say the 13th?

Level 60 Naxx is removed entirely during the prepatch on the 29th. The article is irrelevant. All of the original Naxx coding was overwritten with the prepatch.
Stupid blizzard doesn’t even know how to write an article on their own game correctly.
Yeah, just bad wording in their article.
Technically the undead invading are “Kel’Thuzad’s Army of Undead”, and he is in Naxxramas, but the vanilla Naxx will be gone with pre-patch to begin with, but soon to come back in Wrath with the Wrath version

We are not GOING to Naxx. Just like @Euphorazine pointed out, it’s just some RP flavor text to explain the origin of this part of the event.
