I managed to make a whoopsies and disenchanted a max rank profession equipment instead of another item on one of my characters. It seems Blizzard has created an automated response to deal with these kind of hiccups. However, I am finding an issue in where the data isn’t not being updated on the website of my recent history to find that item (the last update I have is from 1/03/2023 ) and have been given an automatic response to this when I submitted a ticket. Does anyone have an idea when the data for the item restoration is updated as I have been logged out for an extended period of time on that character and it hasn’t shown face.

The page should update when you log out of the character. If it is not showing up, there may be an issue.
If you received an auto-response and still need help, reopening your ticket is the best course forward. I would include the actual name of the item you are referencing though, “your Rank 5” won’t help the Game Master find the item.

Unfortunately it doesn’t give me an option to re-open the ticket. Just to partake in a survey, I have opened a new ticket in regards to the matter.
Also when you write in the ticket, you’re actual asked to include the item name before submitting a ticket as it won’t allow you otherwise. I assume that would of been enough information for whoever is looking at the ticket to know what item I am referring to.

Yeah, my first 2 pages on item restoration are blank but my other alt has an item showing up that was trashed into the vendor from yesterday, so it’s really weird it’s not updating.
Same, just disenchanted an item, not showing up on the page, the whoel page is blank. They need to fix the web page…

I’m having this exact problem. Just accidentally disenchanted my damn belt. When going to the item restoration service, it shows blank on the first page but goes back 10s of pages from previous weeks. The first page is just blank? Tried relogging, refreshing, just blank. Has anyone figured this out?
Update for anyone who finds this thread: I just kept disenchanting and vendoring other things and the first page magically refreshed itself!
