When do you get your PVP weapons again?

I don’t remember how this goes. You hit a certain Conq level and you get a token in the mail, right? Wondering what I need to hit before it arrives.

2500 conquest. Weapons of War or something like that. It’s an achievement, you can see your current progress through the achievement tab.
