I read online that it should be removed at around 75-76 yet im nearly 80 and every single item has been a down grade so far i mean its not even been close and i still see a lot of 80’s still using brutal and pve 70 sets, i play dps war, do i just run heroics in this gear for emblems?, i never did pve when i played wotlk back in the day, was pure pvp so not really sure and don’t want to join groups if the gears not good enough, thx

Leveling up to 80 is pretty much a face roll with Brutal gear. (Only slightly less so without it.)
Item level alone will make the choices a lot more easy.

I assume resilience works in open world pvp. So if on a pvp server brutal would have its use while level and doing pvp.
But for pve the dungeon and even quest items would have better overall stats.
When i used to level on a pvp server I made sure that i had a full set of brutal before going into northrend. Saved my butt a few times when players a few levels above me tried to gank me.
Hit rating is more of a factor in Pve than pvp. Pvp requires less hit rating.
Around 75 while leveling items started getting replacex.
You’ll replace it with heroic gear. It’s also good for starting PVP if you don’t have the crafted set. The whole reason we went all out grinding it is because it does last so long.
