That isn’t entirely accurate. The information Kalviery provided is far more detailed than what is the Support Article, but it isn’t contradictory.
Those are also details that aren’t really necessary, but Kalv wanted to provide what he could on how the system currently works.
That said, if you feel the article should be changed there is a section at the bottom of it where it asks “Did you find this article helpful?”.
