The forums may have gotten confused about your game time status. Especially if it’s around the time one block of game time was about to run out.
Usually, logging out of the forums and back in will encourage the forum software to check for a current end date and let you post with appropriate privileges.
If you recently added game t, try logging out of and back in to the forums, might take a few times to refresh the permissions.
