Edit: Actually, I take that back. It looks like they may have gotten rid of it for BFA as well.

No but the questlines are unlocked from rep so you can power through them at max level without timegating.

I seem to recall that what they actually said is not “the leveling campaign” but “the campaign”.

They have not removed pathfinder requirements for Shadowlands, but you can use dragonriding there.

Thank you. It wasn’t exactly at the location in the thread but I had accepted Going to Tyrhold which made Alexa disappear so I could not complete the last part. Guess I thought it was a bug at first but then convinced myself later I had completed but got jipped out of it. So thank you and I will sing of your prowess in the taverns.
