Hunter + Warrior are most iconic IMO.
I used to like making a Dwarf Priest too - they played the role of drunken abbot nicely 
When i think Dwarf i think the Dwarf hunter in the ol vanilla cinematic, and also the warrior/mountain king Muradin.

Gotrek Gurnisson - Slayer Supreme and Fury Warrior of Legend.
Thorin Oakenshield - Prot Warrior by name and deed.
Grimnir - Warhammer Dwarven Ancestor God of War and Warriors.
Battlerager Barbarian - Dwarf only Barbarian class in DnD.
